ファイルメーカーに付属のApple Event リファレンスでは、GETURLの説明文に、

"FMP7://アカウント名:パスワード/ファイル名@[ホスト名]/ファイル名"

とあるが、これはファイル名を前と後に2回記述するような説明文である。
正しくは、例にあるように、

getURL "FMP7://アカウント名:パスワード@199.99.99.99/製品カタログ.fp7"

つまり、

tell application "FileMaker Pro"
getURL "FMP7://アカウント名:パスワード@ホスト名/ファイル名.fp7"
end tell

となる。
